make:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;In a pan, heat little ghee and fry cashews, raisins.Keep it aside.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;Roast moong dal for a few minutes in the same pan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span Fry the thing that mentioned above until it turns into brown. (No oil needed).&lt;br /&gt; 2. Grind   the fried ingredients adding little water like a paste.&lt;br /&gt; 3. In a Pan take 1and half cup water squeeze the 2 tomatoes.&lt;br /&gt;4. Cut another one tomato into pieces and add these into the squeezed tomato.&lt;br /&gt;5. Add salt, turmeric and Asafoetida into the tomato water and boil it.&lt;br /&gt; 6. Check the tomato once its boiled then add Dal water and the paste.&lt;br /&gt;7. Soak the tamarind in Hot water . Squeeze it and filter it with hand .Add 2 cups of water.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Add tomato and coriander in the tamarind water . Squeeze it with hand.&lt;br /&gt;3.  Add Salt in the tamarind water&lt;br /&gt;4.  Use crusher to crush the Red chilli first then pepper +Jeera and Garlic .(don't remove the    skin).(Crush it ,if you use mixer ...but don't grind it like a paste)&lt;br /&gt;5.   Heat the pan with 2 teaspoon of oil then  add Seasoning things one by one .&lt;br /&gt;6.   Add the crushed things fry this for few mins.&lt;br /&gt;7.  Now add the tamarind,tomato water into this.&lt;br /&gt;6. Check the salt and the sour.If you want add water or salt based on the taste.&lt;br /&gt;7. /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;Idly rice -4 cups.&lt;br /&gt;(If you don't have Idly rice try to use parboiled rice).&lt;br /&gt;No raw rice please.&lt;br /&gt;Urad Dal -1 cup.&lt;br /&gt;Fenugreek seed -1 spoon.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Soak rice and urad dal+ Fenugreek seed separately for 3-4 hours.&lt;br /&gt;Grind urad dal+ Fenugreek seed in a grinder (or mixer) add water by little.&lt;br /&gt;Add water frequently.&lt;br /&gt;After it become like a paste keep it in a big bowl.&lt;br /&gt;Then Add Rice to the grinder and grind it add enough water.&lt;br /&gt;After it become smaller than Rava (not like paste)&lt;br /&gt;Pour it into the bowl.&lt;br /&gt;Add salt and mix it with your hand (not with spoon)&lt;br /&gt;Keep this dough for 12 hours (overnight) out side Normal temperature.&lt;br /&gt;Add little or ghee on the idly plates and makes small layer so that idly will not stick into the plates.&lt;br /&gt;Mix the dough and pour it in the plate and steam it for 15 mins.&lt;br id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;Chili&lt;/span&gt; or green &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;chili&lt;/span&gt; -3 count&lt;br /&gt;Garlic -2 small pics&lt;br /&gt;Ginger -1 small pic (1/2 inch)&lt;br /&gt;Salt Then transfer into a bowl add water to clean mixer&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;For Seasoning&lt;/strong&gt; :&lt;br /&gt;Mustard – 1tsp&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;Urad&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;Dal&lt;/span&gt; -1 tsp&lt;br /&gt;Red &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;chili&lt;/span&gt;-1&lt;br /&gt;Curry leaves -10 leaves&lt;br /&gt;Oil-1 tsp&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparation&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br
